I highly recommend Strength at Home. I would describe myself as someone who "used to be fit", and over the years I have tried and failed with any number of at-home programs (self-directed, Beach Body, YouTube lessons, you name it). This program has been a godsend. I am able to use basic equipment and complete an effective, targeted program in under an hour. Because of the detailed instructions, I not only know how to do an exercise, but also why. And the videos are a great tool to check my form. Plus, Andrew is highly responsive to any clarification questions I've had. So although I might be working out by myself, I know I'm not really alone, and doing it right.
